Children of God Poster

children of god colouring poster for black history month

For the first Sunday of Black History month Tori’s church is going is going to be reading “Our Skin: A First Conversation About Race”. Her church is predominately white so she wanted to start off with a frank conversation about race and racism.

For the activity, the church pruchased some of the Crayola inclusive skin colour pencil crayons and are printed off a copy of this poster. Currently in a study on John it calls us back to John 1:12-13.

To all who received him, who believed in his name, he gave power to become children of God, who were born, not of blood or of the will of the flesh or of the will of man, but of God. (John 1:12-13)
