In preparation for Holy Week, you can engage in this fun two-part craft. First, you mix some white craft glue with some black acrylic paint to make black glue. Then you use that glue to squeeze out an outline of whatever you want to paint on a piece of water-colour paper. Shanna made a butterfly, but you could make flowers or Easter eggs or anything else that inspires you! Once the paint-glue is dry, then you can go wild adding colour with watercolour paint! This project was inspired by the process artist of Tiktok fame: Andrea Nelson. Process art celebrates the journey of creating something, and is not focused on the end result.
